Compressed Air Piping

We offer Compressed Air Piping solutions using fittings from John Guest and Eqo Fluids. The system is used for the distribution of compressed air to the required point of use. It is a fairly designed system that helps in energy cost reduction and increase in production efficiency. The system is quick and easy to install and is used in various commercial and industrial facilities. 

The John Guest push-in-fittings ranges from 4 mm to 32 mm and are ideal for connecting compressor receiver to air line service components through complete main ring and take off points. We do not need to prepare threaded pipes or solvents and all the connections can be made with just a simple push-in action. 

For higher sizes, we are using Eqo Fluids fittings from 20 mm to 160 mm size. The aluminum pipes used are of thicker gauge than regular pipes. The Eqo fluids make High pressure fittings that are suitable to run at 70 bar operating pressure and have a burst pressure of 270 bar.

The cold drawn thin walled aluminum pipes are used while compressed air piping instead of thick walled plain extruded pipes. 

High Pressure fittings are ideal connections which can are firmly attached to their position under high pressure ranges up to 70 bar. All fittings are offered in sizes 20, 25, 32, 40, 50 and 63mm, whether this be high or low pressure, the compressed air large diameter is offered in 90,110, 140 and 160mm. These tubing are durable, robust in design and resistant against corrosion and are extremely cost effective. Our range includes of push fit aluminum fittings and powder coated aluminum tube in 4 and 6 meter lengths.
